Looking for football information - 1985-1987
Chris Bommer went to Avon High School and graduated in 1985. In a recent discussion about local football, he and a few of his friends were trying to recount South Amherst's football results for the 1985, 1986, and 1987 seasons. He knows SAHS went 4-6 in Coach Altonen's first season (1984). That was the year they broke the 33 game winless streak. He wants to know how they finished in the next three seasons.

Looking for SAHS grads living in Florida - all Classes

Looking for Anna Blanchard - Class of 1970
In 1966, Anna Blanchard gave me a book called "The Secrets Of Dr. Zen and Dr. Joe Washer". Since that time, the book has been a valued treasure of mine. I have enjoyed it for 41 years and I think it is time for me to return the book to her.

Looking for Fred Gasser - Class of 1960 - FOUND!
I'm hoping one of you can help me reunite a couple of long-lost friends. Recently, a former Lorain School for Technicians (Lorain County Community College) classmate of Fred Gasser's wrote me asking if I knew of Fred's whereabouts. This person, who now lives in Florida, would like to reconnect with his old buddy after more than 20 years. Thank you so very much for your persistence on this request. I had forgotten all about this. Upon opening your email and copying the address listed for Fred, I opened up a program called www.switchboard.com and found a phone number for Fred in Wilder, KY. I immediately called that number and connected with Fred’s wife who put Fred on the phone. We had a delightful talk catching up with each other. I hope to meet up with him when I go to my Elyria High Class of 1960 Reunion this year in August. I’m not sure if he will make it to your SAHS event in July of this year.
He did tell me that he had spoken to one of his old high school classmates last year, who then knew where Fred was, so I guess that information was communicated back to you somehow. Thanks again very much for helping me find Fred.
